''The Loan Stranger'' is the sixth animated cartoon short subject in the ''Woody Woodpecker'' series. Released theatrically on October 19, 1942, the film was produced by Walter Lantz Productions and distributed by Universal Pictures. The title is a pun on ''The Lone Ranger''. ==Notes== *While Woody is voiced by Kent Rogers, his singing is recycled audio of Mel Blanc (Woody's original voice) extracted from ''Woody Woodpecker''. The song would make a reappearance in ''Hot Rod Huckster'', performed by Grace Stafford. :''Everybody thinks I'm crazzzy!'' :''Yesiree, that's me, that's me!'' :''That's what I'm cracked up to be,'' :''I chop a hole in every tree!'' :''Knock on wood!'' :''KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK'' :''Well, Knock on wood!'' :''KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK'' :''So I'm crazy, but what, what, what can I do?'' :''So are you!'' Also, beginning with this cartoon Woody's appearance has a minor change as his design is less "off-model" than in previous cartoons (his bucked teeth are gone), which began with ''Ace in the Hole''.〔Cooke, Jon, Komorowski, Thad, Shakarian, Pietro, and Tatay, Jack. "(1942 )". ''The Walter Lantz Cartune Encyclopedia''〕 Some available prints overdub Kent Roger's vocals with Grace Stafford. *This is the first series where Woody laughs at the end of the series. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「The Loan Stranger」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
